Vinification: Syrah – aged for 36 months in 500l Slavonian oak barrels, Pinot Noire – 24 months in 225 l French barriques. The cuvee is being aged in the bottles for another 16 months before released to the market.

Tasting notes: Deep ruby colour with slightly violet notes. On the nose it is fruity with slightly spicy, pepper notes. On the palate it is dry, full body and fruity with very gentle acidity and tannins, that continues in the long harmonious aftertaste.

Special remarks: This blend is bottled in magnums as well as in jeroboams where the ageing brings exponentially the best out of the blended varieties.

Awards: Until now the wine has never attended any international wine competitions, but it is well recognized by a very specific market – business women and wine connoisseurs – and sold out regularly.
